At AdiOrth, we understand the benefits of Additive Manufacturing technologies and its application in building complex orthopedic devices. We are building AM orthopedic devices with markedly novel combination of biocompatible functionally graded materials. Currently available implants are susceptible to metal debris, impingement, fractures, squeaking, wear, free radical formation due to manufacturing process. Our solution is to leverage the benefits of AM and FGM, to solve these issues as well as produce AM orthopedic implants with enhanced designs, materials that have high availability in India.

AdiOrth is on a mission to improve the quality of life of Indian population suffering from orthopedic issues. We were able to find the gap between the orthopedic solutions currently available in the market and the patient needs and are building implants to bridge that gap. AdiOrth is IR 4.0 based and is committed to implementing 3D and 4D printing of the implants. As it is known already, different categories of implants have different constraints and require specific and tailored development attempts. We are currently exploring the opportunities in Replacement devices, trauma devices and custom-made implants. Our approach towards development is two-pronged. We are simultaneously working on making implant designs more adaptable and supportive to the parts being replaced and repaired as well as exploring the various new-gen biocompatible and high-performance materials available in the market. This approach has helped AdiOrth realise the possibilities that can be brought into the market for the betterment of Indian humanity. The vision or Adiorth is to become an India-based orthopedic implants’ manufacturer specialising in additive manufacturing techniques to provide almost-customised to completely customised solutions.
